read this for personal property & Vehicle Redemption

PROPERTY REDEMPTION-

If you're attending a property redemption appointment and you're the registered owner, no release is required.

VEHICLE REDEMPTION-

If you're redeeming a vehicle, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LENDER FIRST.

Please use the orange scheduling button below to schedule your appointment for either a vehicle or property redemption appointment. 

*SELECT THE CORRECT APPOINTMENT TYPE

*INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER- We need to contact you to confirm your appointment type and let you know of what fees are due.

Book your appointment early, as availability is limited.

All appointments will either be confirmed or denied by 5pm. Appointments made after 5 pm will be denied until the next business day.

Bring EXACT change to your appointment. Cash or Certified Check ONLY. We are not able to provide change. 

PROPERTY REDEMPTION-

For property redemption appointments, please bring a government-issued photo ID.

VEHICLE REDEMPTION-
You must bring YOUR  drivers license when redeeming your vehicle. If you do not have one, you must bring a licensed driver who can present a valid drivers license on your behalf. BUT You still MUST still be present at your appointment and bring some form of government issued  photo ID so we can properly identify you.  WE CANNOT RELEASE YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT A VALID FORM OF GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION. No Exceptions.

Property Redemption- 

Bring your keys to avoid additional fees from your finance company.

Vehicle Redemption-

Don't forget your keys! If we obtained your keys during the repossession, we'll return those to you but if not, please bring them with you.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Please understand that we schedule many appointments everyday, so there there may be wait times
