ALL appointments must be made 24 hours in advance, by 2pm the business day prior to the appointment day. Otherwise your appointment will be denied.
You must first qualify your vehicle using the VIN to ensure it is ready for transport to auction. Use the orange button below and once complete, it will notify you if the vehicle is ready, if it runs and drives, and it will also show you photos to best determine the type of truck and trailer to bring to your transport appointment. Please note that we do our best to accommodate all trucks and trailers but some of our lots can only accommodate a rollback.
Once your vehicle is ready for scheduling, choose the date and time. Scheduling your appointment is not a confirmation as availability varies based on the volume of other appointments. You will receive a confirmation within 3 hours or by 5pm on that business day after scheduling your appointment. Appointments made after 5pm will not be confirmed until the following business day.
Please note: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, use the link texted or emailed to you. No-Show Transport appointments will incur a $50 fee and will be collected before your next pick up.

You must upload your Bill of Lading or Transport order into Cleardata Scheduler, or email it PRIOR to your appointment. If we do not receive your BOL we will not accept your appointment. No Exceptions.

Without your photo ID, we won't be able to release the vehicle for transport. No Exceptions.
